Yes, patients have the option to maintain anonymity. Instead of providing your complete name or contact details, you can choose a nickname for identification purposes. It is important, however, that we have accurate information regarding your age, vitals, labs, and other relevant parameters to offer you the best possible care.
No, we do not retain patient information. All personal health information you provide is confidential and is only used for your treatment purposes. It comes with the patient and leaves with the patient.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. We understand that unexpected events can occur, and we will do our best to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time. However, please be advised that finding a mutually convenient time cannot be guaranteed.
